How to update your personal information in the Smart Traveller App?

You can update certain personal details in your Smart Traveller (ST) app, such as 

• Email address
• Mobile number
• Password
• Age range
• Country/Region of residence
• Nationality
• Nickname

Important:

• Your registered name and date of birth cannot be edited once registration is complete
• If you need to change your name or date of birth, please contact our Smart Traveller team for assistance

Steps to Edit Your Personal Information

1. Log in to your registered account in the Smart Traveller app.
2. Go to Account
3. Tap on My Profile
4. Under the Profile page, you can edit your personal details.

Note: Only certain details are editable. Registered name and date of birth cannot be changed in the app.
