Before You Begin
If you have linked any cards to your Smart Traveller account via the app, ensure that all cards are unlinked prior to initiating the account closure process.
Steps to Close Your Account
- Log in to your Smart Traveller account using the mobile application
- Navigate to My Account
- Select Delete My Account
- Confirm your decision to proceed with account deletion
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and provide a reason for leaving
- Tap Submit to complete the process
Future Account Registration
Should you wish to create a new account in the future, you may visit www.mysmarttraveller.com or download the Smart Traveller app again.
