If you were a member under our previous program and did not upgrade to the Smart Traveller App before 31 December 2020, your account may now be suspended.
Please Note:
- The Arrture App was retired and is no longer supported as of 1 January 2021
- Email reminders were sent starting October 2020 to encourage conversion to the Smart Traveller App
How to Reactivate Your Account
- Log in to the Smart Traveller App using your registered email address
- A notification will appear stating that your account is suspended. You will be prompted to confirm if you wish to upgrade to Smart Traveller account
- Tap Confirm to Upgrade
- A reactivation email will be sent to your registered email address (Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox)
- Open the email and click Join Smart Traveller Now
- Your account will be successfully reactivated. You may log in using the same credentials and password previously used.
