This typically happens when the email address on your social or third-party account (Facebook, Google, or Apple) does not match the email address registered to your Smart Traveller account.
How to Resolve It
1. Log in with your registered email and password on the Smart Traveller website or mobile app.
2. Go to “My Profile” (web or app).
3. Click “Connect with Facebook”, “Connect with Google”, or “Connect with Apple” to link your social account to your existing membership.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection. Successful connections will be reflected on your profile page.
Tips:
- After linking, you can sign in with either registered email or your linked social account, whichever you prefer.
- You can link more than one social account (Facebook, Google, and Apple) to the same Smart Traveller membership.
