If you were redirected to the login page while attempting to register using a social or third-party account (such as Facebook, Google, or Apple), it means the email address on that account is already registered with Smart Traveller.
How to Access Your Account
• Log in using your registered email address and password, or
• Click “Forgot Password?” on the Member Login screen to reset your password and regain access
Tip: After logging in, go to My Profile and link your social account (Facebook/Google/Apple) to your existing membership. This simplifies future sign-ins and prevents duplicate registrations.
