The Plaza Premium Lounge Pass (PPL Pass) offers travellers to enjoy lounge access with ease and flexibility. Before purchasing or using a PPL Pass, please review important information below.
- Smart Traveller Exclusive (Members-only Deal)
- Smart Traveller Members must log in before adding the pass to their cart and completing payment during the offer period.
- ST Points will be credited within 14 days after the PPL Pass activation.
- Non-members are not eligible to claim or earn any ST Points associated with any PPL Pass purchase.
- Activation Required
- You must activate your PPL Pass within the date and time specified in the activation email.
- Voucher Delivery
- Smart Travaller Members: Activated vouchers will appear in your Smart Traveller app wallet after successful activation.
- Non-members: Vouchers will be delivered via email after activation.
- Voucher Validity
- Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the activation date, unless otherwise specified
- Expired passes or vouchers cannot be reinstated, extended, or reissued.
- Usage Conditions
- Lounge access is limited to eligible lounges based on your purchased pass type.
- Each voucher generally provides up to 3 hours of lounge access per visit.
- Additional services or extended stay may incur extra charges.
- Restrictions
- No ST points will be awarded when using vouchers for lounge access.
- Vouchers and PPL Pass cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- All purchases are final, non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-replaceable.
