Before Making Changes
We recommend reviewing the Terms & Conditions included in your confirmation, as cancellation policies vary by service type.
Cancellation Policy by Service Type
1. Group Bookings
(Applies to bookings of 10 or more persons or 5 or more rooms)
- Minimum 72 hours’ notice required
- No refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of the reserved date and time
- Changes or cancellations are subject to a USD10 administration fee per person
2. Private Resting Area Bookings
- Minimum 24 hours’ notice required
- A USD10 per person fee or 25% of the booking value (whichever is higher) applies
- No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled usage
3. All Other Services
- Minimum 6 hours’ notice required
- A USD10 fee per person applies for changes or cancellations
- No refund for cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled time or for No Shows

- Certain rate plans or promotional bookings may be non-refundable and non-modifiable
