Reservation Process:
- Guests can make reservations easily through our Official Website by selecting the desired destination and lounge location
- Reservations can be made up to 1 hour before your intended visit time
If You Have Trouble Booking Online
- Option 1: Fill out the Webform on our website, and our Contact Centre agents will assist you with your reservation.

Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

- If you still haven't received your confirmation email, please contact our Contact Centre Team to verify your booking and retrieve your confirmation letter.
