Yes, advance booking is required for both Aerotel and ALLWAYS Meet & Assist services after redeeming your voucher. Each service has its own booking process, so please follow the instructions below:
ALLWAYS Meet & Assist Service
To complete your booking:
1. Contact the ALLWAYS Service Team at hkg@allwaysvip.com to check availability for your preferred date and time
2. Provide the voucher code found under “My Wallet” in your Smart Traveller app
3. A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email
4. Present the booking confirmation at the service point to enjoy your ALLWAYS service
Aerotel Airport Hotel
To complete your booking:
1. After receiving or retrieving your voucher, contact the Smart Traveller Team via the Contact Us page
2. Provide your voucher code for verification
3. A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours
4. Present your booking confirmation, passport, and boarding pass at the Aerotel reception to check in
