You can perform Instant Redemption at selected participating outlets using your Smart Traveller app. This allows you to redeem rewards on the spot without pre-booking.
Steps to Redeem Instantly
1. Open the Smart Traveller mobile app
2. Tap on “My ID”
3. Select “Instant Redemption”
4. Present the QR code shown on screen to the front desk staff at the participating outlet
5. The staff will scan your QR code to complete the redemption
6. You can also view all redeemed vouchers under “My Voucher”
Location-Specific Availability
• Instant Redemption using your Membership Card or Membership ID Number may be available at specific qualifying locations
• A list of these locations is published or made available via the Smart Traveller app and/or Smart Traveller website
• Redemption is subject to the availability of goods or services at the time of your visit
