- Access to food, non-alcoholic beverages, and a selection of alcoholic drinks (availability may vary by lounge)
- Charging plugs for electronic devices
- Comfortable seating areas
- International newspapers and magazines
- International TV channels
- Flight information display screens
- Meeting room, playroom, prayer room (available at selected lounges)

The following services are not included in the standard Lounge Use Package and may incur additional charges, unless otherwise specified:
- Shower facilities
- Massage services
- Printing and photocopying
- Fax services
- Premium alcoholic beverages
- Swimming pool access (available only at Singapore Changi Airport)
