Plaza Premium Lounge partners with a wide range of financial institutions and travel pass providers globally. To check if your card is eligible for complimentary or discounted lounge access, we recommend using the “Link My Card” feature in the Smart Traveller (ST) App.

For New Users:
- Tap “Find Out More” at the top of the blue bar in the app
- Tap “Participating Financial Institutions” to view the list of eligible banks and card types
For Existing Users:
- Go to “Link My Card & Visit History” in the app menu
- Tap “Edit”, then select “Participating Financial Institutions” to check the most up-to-date list
Important Reminder:
- Lounge access privileges may vary by card type, issuer, and region, and may be subject to quotas or visit limits.
- Card linking is currently supported for selected financial institutions only. Plaza Premium Group plans to expand the list of supported banks and card types over time.
